Microwaves are often thought of as an example of how more features do not equate to better performance. In this case study, I will explore the creation of a microwave app that aims to address this issue and improve user experience. To do this I would be using the following questions to come up with the most viable solution;

To gain insights into microwave users' behaviors and pain points, I conducted secondary research using data gotten from an article written by Prekshagupta . I chose this approach due to the time constraint as this was task to be completed in 48 hours.

The “Smart Home App” allows users to sync with central home hubs, and control the microwave with voice commands instead of using the app on their device. This feature will be optional and can be deactivated in homes without smart home hubs. This will help expand the app's market beyond a specific “financial demographic”.
